O Photomath como ferramenta de apoio no estudo da matemática

In the pandemic context, while working in the Pedagogical Residence in Mathematics program (2020-2022), we observed the need to implement technological resources in remote, hybrid, and also face-to-face classes to facilitate the learning of Mathematics. Thus, the objective of this research was to show the contributions of the Photomath application as a tool that promotes autonomy in the students' learning process. The methodology consisted of a survey of bibliographic data from research already carried out around this theme to verify how Photomath can generate student autonomy in relation to the study of Mathematics. After deepening the readings and comparative analysis of the information gathered, we concluded that the use of the application has a great contribution to the development of the student's autonomy, it is enough that its use is well-guided. This research has a lot to contribute to the academy, expanding the discussion regarding the different functionalities of this technological resource in remote and even face-to-face classes.
